I’m so happy you are here. Over 19 years of teaching experience in holistic movement - Yoga, AcroYoga, handstands, Mobility, Flexibility, Dance, and Pilates into a practice that goes beyond the physical.

Combining movement with deeper inner work, a space to reconnect with your body and what it’s trying to tell you. Using movement can be used as a gentle mirror, and we can explore what’s ready to shift to move towards your potential.

I have a deep fascination with energy work, meditation, yoga and breathwork practices — tools that have helped me connect more fully with myself and the world around me. Living in Bali for five years allowed me to immerse myself in these practices and explore their transformative potential in daily life.

Having navigated a severe back injury, burnout, and the constant pressure of showing up as both a teacher and studio owner, I understand how heavy daily life can sometimes feel. While no one can truly know what it’s like to walk in your shoes, what connects us is the shared humanness of it all - the challenges, the resilience, and the desire to reach our full potential.

These experiences have given me a profound understanding of the patience, dedication, and self-compassion required to truly reconnect with yourself and your body, and I love guiding others through that process with care, intention, and curiosity.

I’ve been lucky enough to feature on the covers of a couple of wonderful yoga magazines and in publications such as The Metro, where they described me as someone who “helps people do mad things with their bodies.” I suppose that’s true! But really, what lights me up is coaching people feel strong, graceful, and free - no matter where they’re starting from.

I founded the UK’s first dedicated AcroYoga former studio in London, AcroYogaDance —creating a beautiful space where people could come together to move, connect, and build trust. That experience shaped so much of how I teach today.

Helping others rediscover their fullest expression is what lights me up. And often, all it takes is a simple conversation to spark what's truly possible.

My Specialties

  • Rooted in a blend of meditation, movement, chakra clearing and energy awareness / energywork, this offering gently complements the healing power of energetics. With the spine at its heart, it’s a calm, curious space.

Philosophy

The Dance of Life is a way of seeing the world—where movement isn’t just physical, but a reflection of how we navigate life itself. Just like in dance, there are moments of flow and moments where we feel out of step, unsure of where to place our feet. Without learning the steps, life can feel unbalanced, like left and right are reversed. But movement is at the heart of everything. It teaches us patience, resilience, and the beauty of progress.
