About.
If you’ve been feeling disconnected from your body, unsure how to express yourself, or longing to feel more alive and at ease within your own skin.. you’re in the right place.
I’m so happy you’re here.
With over 19 years of experience guiding others through holistic movement -from Yoga, AcroYoga, and handstands to Dance, Mobility, and Pilates.. my work has evolved into something far deeper than physical practice. It’s become a journey of embodiment: returning home to yourself through movement, sensation, and presence.
Through somatic dance, embodied coaching, and energy work, I help people reconnect with their bodies and emotions - not to fix themselves, but to finally feel again. Our sessions become a sacred space to listen to what your body has been whispering, release what’s been held, and remember the fullness of who you are.
Living in Bali for five years immersed me in the art of energy, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. These practices softened me - they taught me that true strength comes from sensitivity and surrender, not striving.
After navigating a severe back injury, grief, and the pressure of constantly “performing” as a teacher and studio owner, I realised how easy it is to lose touch with your body’s truth. These challenges became my greatest teachers -guiding me toward gentleness, embodiment, and the freedom that comes from allowing yourself to feel it all.
I’ve been featured on the covers of yoga magazines and in publications like The Metro, who once described me as someone who “helps people do mad things with their bodies.” But what truly lights me up is guiding people to feel free, graceful, and deeply connected - not through pushing, but through presence.
I founded the UK’s first dedicated AcroYoga studio, AcroYogaDance, a space where people came together to move, trust, and rediscover joy through connection. That spirit still runs through all I do today - helping others rediscover their fullest expression, from the inside out.
If you’re ready to reconnect to your body, your energy, and your truth - I’d love to walk beside you on that journey. Sometimes, all it takes is one honest conversation to begin coming home to yourself.
